Banquet Menus


For all types of events hosted at the Blue Water Grill that will include 20 or more people, we ask that the party host select one of our four set banquet menus. These menus do not require that you pre-order for your guests. Each of the four menu options shown below allows your guests to choose one of two appetizers and one of three entrees after they sit down to dinner. The dessert will be the same for everyone. All menus include fresh house made foccacia bread.

If you have any questions about any of our banquet menus, or would like to schedule a Special Event at the Blue Water Grill, please email us. All prices below include 10% tax. 15% Gratuity is not included. All prices in Belize Dollars.

Bronze Menu - $72 BZE per person

Appetizers

Fresh garden salad with mixed vegetables and a sesame-soy dressing

Or

Crispy Chinese style pot sticker served with a Thai chili garlic sauce


Entrees

Grilled local snapper with a Hawaiian inspired sesame butter sauce,
steamed rice, and wok vegetables

Or

Corkscrew pasta tossed with sautéed chicken, fresh tomatoes,
and a basil pesto cream sauce

Or

Thin sliced pork loin seared with garlic, spring onions, fried rice noodles
and a dark soy and ginger sauce


Dessert

Key lime pie

Silver Menu - $78 BZE per person

Appetizers

Mixed greens with garden vegetables tossed with a charred tomato balsamic vinaigrette

Or

Crispy shrimp and vegetable egg rolls served with a Thai chili garlic sauce


Entrees

Fresh grouper seared with Japanese spices served with steamed rice,
wok fried vegetables and a sizzling sesame vinaigrette

Or

Grilled local shrimp drizzled with a habanero-pineapple sauce,
served with wok vegetables and steamed rice

Or

Teriyaki chicken breast with Asian cut vegetables, steamed rice
and a mushroom flavored soy sauce

Gold Menu
- $86 BZE per person

Appetizers

Chicken skewers with spicy peanut sauce

Or

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with herbed croutons and a blue cheese dressing


Entrees

Grilled tilapia fillet topped with a Cajun spiced shrimp & sherry cream sauce,
served with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini

Or

Angel hair pasta with sautéed lobster (when in season), shrimp,
and snapper in a tomato, garlic and sweet basil white wine sauce

Or

Seared black pepper pork loin with roasted garlic mashed potatoes,
grilled vegetables served with mushroom pan gravy

Dessert

Flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream
and chocolate and caramel sauces



Platinum Menu
- $96 BZE per person

Appetizers

Crispy coconut shrimp with a sweet n spicy black bean sauce

Or

Baby lettuces tossed with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives,
feta cheese and a French herb vinaigrette


Entrees

Black bean inland snook with steamed rice, wok fried vegetables
and a caramelized banana curry sauce

Grilled lobster tail drizzled with a garlic butter sauce, and served
with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini

Mixed grill of shrimp and snapper served with a citrus habanero sauce
served with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini

Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, smoked ham,
sweet basil, and feta cheese served with pesto whipped potatoes and an
artichoke, tomato and roasted garlic chardonnay reduction
