Owners named Persons of the Year by Ambergris Today!

Blue Water Grill celebrates 11th Anniversary!

On November 1, 2012, we celebrated our 11th Anniversary!  Thanks to all of our great customers who continue to support us, year after year.  The big news: we're excited to welcome our good friend and great chef, Chris Aycock, back to our team.  

Our Family of Businesses Donates $10K to High School Baseball Team

Excited to announce that our family of businesses - The Phoenix, Blue Water Grill, Caliente, Red Ginger, Paradise Management, and Wine de VIne - is donating $10,000 to the San Pedro High School Baseball Team.  The team is traveling to Panama for the CODICADER Games from October 12-15, 2012 and this donation will enable them to go.  You can read the press release at the link above.  Good luck, guys - you make us proud!

Blue Water Grill hosts wine dinner with Chilean winery Lapostolle

Was great to welcome back our good friend Chef Chris Aycock (most recently of Yama Sushi in Vail, CO) to San Pedro for the wine dinner that we hosted, together with Lapostolle Winery in Chile.  Also glad to have Benjamin Fraysse from Lapostolle at the dinner.  You can see the menu here.  Looking forward to our next wine dinner!

Caliente wins Best Booth and Best Drink at Lobsterfest 2012

Caliente Restaurant was awareded Best Booth and Best Drink at Lobsterfest 2012.  This is the 3rd or 4th year in row (we've lost count) that we have won Best Drink.  

Blue Water Grill Honored to Host Kate Walsh and Oceana in Belize on June 9, 2012

Special thanks to Kate Walsh for joining with Oceana to help us fight against offshore oil drilling in Belize.  It was our pleasure to host Ms. Walsh and the entire Oceana team at Blue Water Grill.

Blue Water Grill will now feature live music every Friday night from 6-9:30pm.  Come listen to the local, reggae rhythms of Cool Js's Band and enjoy dinner on our beachfront deck.

The Phoenix Resort was named the #1 hotel in the world by TripAdvisor.  Congratulations to the entire team at our sister resort, The Phoenix!  We are so proud!
