Below are our 3 banquet menus.  For groups of 20 or more, banquet menus help the kitchen to be prepared by narrowing down the choices from the full menu.

If none of these menus is exactly what you want, let us know, and we’d be happy to work with you to create your ideal menu.  If you would prefer to offer more courses (or less courses) or a vegetarian option option, we can do that. For other menu item options, please see our full dinner menu.

If you have a wedding, you may substitute a wedding cake for the dessert course.  We don't provide wedding cakes, but we can recommend someone.

When planning an event, please let us know how you’d like to handle drinks as well.  Open bar, cash bar, limited open bar (pre-selected drinks available as open bar, and everything else is cash bar.)  Usually people select a red wine, a white wine, local beers, and a few cocktails to offer guests.  We’re happy to do whatever you’d like.  Our wine list and cocktail menu is available on our dinner menu. 

All prices are in Belize Dollars and include 12.5% tax.  15% gratuity is added to parties of 8 or more.

Please note that unless you buy out the restaurant, it will be open to the public, and there will be other diners at nearby tables. Therefore we can’t allow music, dancing, speeches, slideshows, videographers, etc.  The buyout price depends on the time of year.

Thai chicken summer rolls – chicken, lettuce, noodles, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro, wrapped in rice paper, and served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce

Coconut encrusted snapper fillet with steamed rice, gingered broccoli, and a lemon guava plum sauce

Angel hair pasta with sautéed shrimp and snapper in a tomato, garlic and sweet basil white wine sauce

Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, smoked ham, sweet basil, and feta cheese served with pesto whipped potatoes and an artichoke, tomato and roasted garlic chardonnay reduction
